Account Supervisor / Compton, CA DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Proven work experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role • Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing) • Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews and group interviews • Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels • Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Solid organizational and time-management abilities • Must be bilingual / Spanish & English speaking •Monday – Friday 8-5pm Open for OT • Pay rate depending on experience Receptionist/ Compton, CA DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm • Answer phone calls and transfer phone calls • Greet people/ assist with providing employment applications to employees • Check and verify employment applications are complete and filled out 100% • File and scan documents • Maintain/ sanitize office daily • Create flyers and post job opening on social media • Perform other duties as required • Must be fluent in English and Spanish. • Pay rate Depending on experience Branch Manager/ Compton, CA Pay Range: Salary (depending on experience) SUMARY The Branch Manager oversees the daily operations of the office team. Creates long-term strategies for the organization, and is responsible for hiring, training, and guiding their team. Sets staffing targets and then assist the staff in achieving them. Branch Managers also generate leads through marketing and networking. They cultivate strong client relationships by meeting with clients frequently to understand their needs so that they can address them through customized staffing solutions. Branch Managers are always building the company’s profile, looking for more business and finding the best ways to promote it. Additionally, manage and oversee the attainment of budgeted sales and profit goals through business development and growth of the customer base. The Branch Manager must possess and demonstrate a high-level of professionalism and customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Under direct supervision of Regional Branch Manager, the Branch Manager will: • Be responsible for all client and staff communication and conflict resolutions • Establish and ensure that all financial performance goals are met • Maintains Branch guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures • Request payroll hours from client and prepare for payroll department • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the corresponding parties of any problems that may arise • Identify recruiting needs and develop recruiting sources (resume search) • Responsible for the overall financial operation and profitability of the branch • Recruit, interview, and make employment decisions • Determine client needs, fill orders by placing appropriately skilled employees on assignments and conduct quality control audits • Communicate and coordinate the various aspects of branch operations required to ensure compliance with policies and procedures • Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving corresponding parties • Ensure all work orders are entered in system on a daily basis in Coats & PEO • Manage multiple calendars, schedule meetings, interviews and phone screens • Conducts new hire orientations, background checks, drug and alcohol tests • Complete the new employment application process for new associates, including the verification of I9 forms and verification of application references • Follow Injury/Illness procedures when a work-related accident occurs • Attend Job fairs as needed • Ensure office rent gets paid on a monthly basis • Submit monthly supplies order to corporate • Ensure all applications are entered by office staff in Coats & PEO • Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly working environment SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: • High School diploma or GED, College preferred (or relevant experience equivalent) • Computer literate, with experience in Excel and Word • Prior Management Experience • Strong Organizational skills • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) • Ability to communicate in Spanish desirable (but not required) • Ability to communicate in English (required) This job description is intended as a summary of the primary responsibilities of and qualifications for this position.
