Construction Maintenance Company- Immediate Opening - Looking for Supervisor to manage 4 properties Must have own tools and transportation Must have knowledge in: Basic Electrical and Plumbing Drywall Finish Installation Job Scope of work is to manage our employee's and sub contractors, if they need material or need help with completing a project. Writing Daily reports, organizing daily and weekly meetings and doing apartment walk throughs. Taking pictures Communication is a must on a daily basis with the home office. We will supply you with a phone, and Home depot Pro Desk authorization form to get materials as needed.
