Maintenance person wanted for manufactured housing community in the City of San Jacinto. Position is responsible for maintenance/grounds keeping duties. Position is part time. Maintenance/plumbing/electrical experience preferred. Must have valid driver's license. Wage based on experience. Eligible candidates must have the ability to complete the following: • Understand and carry out directions in a professional manner while working under direct supervision of the community manager. • Work safely and follow company policy and procedures. • Perform physical labor for routine grounds maintenance and project work as needed. • Experience with RV maintenance a plus.
