All-around construction helper

I am remodeling an entire house and require help with many different skill-sets. I have been hiring from craigslist for months and have found some good people. But, availability has been a problem. I have had difficulty finding someone available to work midweek, though weekend help is needed as well. Tomorrow and Friday I need someone to a number of things: I need a small amount of digging done to set blocks for a small deck. Getting them level will take some time. Also, I need a small area dug in the dirt to allow a jack to get under the foundation (almost all of the digging has been done-very little left). Three holes need to be dug in the dirt of the basement for posts. Some jackhammering of concrete is left to be done. Loose concrete has to be moved and loaded on a trailer. You get the idea, right? I need one guy for now to help out. I am paying $15 and hour at the end of the day. You can count on it!
