Job Description/Requirements
Receive shipments, verify invoices and enter product information into a computer-based program. Adhering to all Company inventory procedures and make sure the right products get to the right places at the right time.
Responsible for:
• Administrative duties associated with Warehouse receiving, including data entry, processing paperwork, file management and record retention
• Partner with other functional areas to ensure accurate inventory quality and control of merchandise, products and general receiving
• Unloading, confirming and receiving of all inbound packages and pallets at the dock
• Coordinate efforts between Warehouse and all other departments to ensure proper documentation, reporting and processing of all inventory receipts and payment in a timely manner
• Communicate daily with all levels of leadership
• Process daily paperwork in the system
• Assist Warehouse Leader in other projects that support efficiency and enhancement of Warehouse logistics and operations
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment for guests and team members
• Maintain company standards and policies
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Understanding of a warehouse environment
• Previous administrative or clerical experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
• Must have strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure
• Must have excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Availability to work 3pm to 11:30pm Sunday to Thursday.

Starting pay rate/yearly salary: $18/hr
