Sweet cat that I can not keep - no fee

My father passed away 3 months ago and this is the simi feral cat he had been feeding. She is shy around strangers but warms up quickly once she knows where the food comes from. She is an indoor/outdoor cat and will let you know when she needs to go outside. She has never made a mess in the house.I believe she is about 5 years old. I don't live here and I will be going back to Oklahoma at some point. I have dogs so I can't take this girl back with me. She has been spayed but I doubt she has had shots or other vet treatments. Appears to be very healthy and I believe she prefers men. She is content to be on her own outside a lot of the time but as cooler weather is coming she like to come in more often. no rehoming fee. Just need to be assured that she will be taken care of as this was one of my father's last wishes.
