Yoga Nidra Meditation with a Crystal Singing Bowl Bath at A Yurt Yoga Village in Tampa Aloha and Namaste beautiful souls!! Please join Yogi Mandhi🌺 and Jenna Denee Tuesday 10/26/21 from 7-9pm for a Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath experience in Ellen’s beautiful Yurt at Yurt Yoga Village in Seminole Heights Tampa. Yoga Nidra is an ancient yogic sleep meditation done while in Savasana. Join us for a journey through our bodies, bringing awareness to every morsel of our being, our meridians, chakras, our breath, and a visualization portion at the end. Participants will fall into a deep relaxed half awake/half asleep state; also known as the “twilight zone.” Studies have shown the longer one can be in this state, the more health benefits can occur. It is basically like a vacuum to your subconscious; it helps to clear out the clutter, and allows your brain and body to work more harmoniously and efficiently. You are left feeling rejuvenated, restored, and energized!
