Re homing puppy

Looking to re home our dog. She is a great dog, but we live in the village and do not have space for her to run and get her energy out. She is 11 months old, half beagle, half French bulldog. She has all her shots and is great around kids and other animals. We wanted to try and make it work, but we see she needs a country setting with room to run. She does have an allergy, she is allergic to flea collars and discovered it recently when she ended up with a rash on her neck. She is a good dog and we want to make sure she goes to a loving home. We are asking $500 firm for re homing.
