Aloha, my name is Asher Encinas. I’ve been an ocean lifeguard for the city of San Clemente for the past 5 years, and am currently a senior in college attending UH Manoā. I’m CPR certified and first aid trained. I have done extensive work with the Junior Lifeguard Program at my lifeguard department which boasts enrollment upwards of 900 kids per summer. Working with the junior lifeguard program is my favorite part of each summer, each lifeguard is assigned 30-50 kids which I am responsible for from 9am-4:30pm. My main duties are tp ensure all the kids are gettting along well, having a fun and exciting day, teaching them about our oceans and beaches, but most importantly is keeping all kids safe snd making sure they go home just as good as they were dropped of to us (albeit a little more tired!). I am experienced with infants/babies and have no problem watching, cleaning, or feeding them. I have my own transportation and can babysit/nanny anywhere on Kauai; Beaches, hotels, apartments, private residencies and everywhere in between.
