Come and party with us! Girl Scout Troop #3206 is hosting a Halloween themed Juliette Gordon Low Recruitment Birthday Party! Let’s celebrate the founder of Girl Scouts on her 161st birthday by learning more about her and doing the things she loved to do! There will be snacks, games, crafts, and contests! Every girl needs to bring a birthday gift that will be donated to a local women’s shelter. This gift has to be brand new and/or unopened. Think about things such as clothing and toiletries. Wear a costume and invite a friend to join Girl Scouts! If your friend does join, you both can earn an Invite a Friend fun patch to wear on the back of your vest or sash! The party ends right at 5, to give everyone plenty of time to celebrate Beggar’s Night! FAQs: Do I have to be in Troop #3206 or any Girl Scout troop to attend? Nope! Any one can come to this party! Do I have to be a member of Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church to attend? Nope! See above. Do we need to get the free tickets or donate money to the troop? Nope! Just bring yourself! However, rsvping with free tickets gives us an idea of how many people will be coming. Do we have to pay for snacks? Nope! There will be light refreshments. I’m in a Girl Scout troop. Should I bring S.W.A.P.S? Yes! We love S.W.A.P.S! I can’t stay the whole time. When should I be back to pick up my child? The party ends promptly at 5.
