Hello! My name is Melissa Force and my passion is helping families and individuals prepare for childbirth. I started this journey in 2010 as a DONA certified doula working with teens and eventually landing in a Colorado freestanding birth center in 2011. I began teaching childbirth prep classes in 2012, initially using methods from my Birthing From Within training and then over the years, slowly building my own style of education. In my classes, the focus is on… well, everything. My business is named Holistic Childbirth Education because it is the whole being that needs to prepare for labor and birth. Physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. I make sure I provide a safe space and evidence based information in my classes. No questions are off limits and I try to make every class fun and engaging.I look forward to meeting you and working with you to have the best birthing experience you can have, and hopefully have some fun in the process.
