For many years, opioids were the main option for pain treatment. Eagle County has been very successful at decreasing opioid prescribing-- 20% less from 2014 to 2017!
At the same time, our county has developed several options for effective pain treatment. Several local speakers from varied specialties-- including medicine, psychology, physical therapy, and psychiatry-- will discuss local options for treatment of pain.
Food will be provided starting at 6, with the program starting at 6:30.
