Struffoli (Italian Honey Balls) Cantucci (Almond Cookies) These classic Italian cookies are a favorite of everyone! Start your baking early with our cookie classes that will help you master the techniques of Stuffoli and Almond Cookies First we instruct you on how to make Struffoli, aka Italian honey balls.  This is a Neopolitan dish made of deep fried balls of dough. They are crunchy on the outside and light inside, Struffoli are mixed with honey and other ingredients. We will cover the traditional way to make these, mixing in honey and covering in sprinkles. Second we will be making an almond wine cookie that tastes just like the ones you remember as a kid! This baked cookie when finished is a perfect compliment to an espresso or your favorite cup of coffee. After the class is complete we will package it up with recipe in hand and then the best part....taste testing your masterpieces! Class price is per person. All Fees are non-refundable if class is cancelled COOKING CLASSES Our cooking classes provide you with a hands on opportunity to learn about Italian cuisine from our talented staff. At this time, classes are limited to 6 people, reservations for classes are limited to ages 16 and older. You may reschedule or cancel as long as you notify us at least 14 days prior to your class. Students signed up for a class using our website, request a refund via the link provided in your email. Students signed up in person contact Donna at [email protected] to request a refund. There are no credits or refunds for less than 14 days notice. We encourage you to send someone in your place should you be unable to attend class. If you sign up for a class and do not show up for any reason the entire class fee is non-refundable, and no future credit will be given.We will not cancel a class for weather, however if there is a “State of Emergency”, Vince’s will notify you of alternatives.
