RECLAIMED lumber Company seeks a physically fit person for a warehouse/driver position. We are looking for an energetic, positive person who can function independently. The full time position requires heavy lifting, strong organizational skills, a Driver's License in good standing, (DOT Medical card will be required ) good basic math skills and the ability to interact well with a broad spectrum of personalities. Fork lift skills are a plus. Basic carpentry skills and an artistic sensibility are also strong positives. The responsibilities of the job include: - Making pick ups and deliveries of lumber with our trucks ( no CDL required). - Maintaining inventory and tracking orders. -Shipping and receiving material at our warehouse. -Interacting with retail customers and helping them to load material. -Making samples of our products for our showroom. -Maintenance of the physical plant, including cleaning, snow removal, etc. - Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently. -Willingness to submit to a drug test. This job is mostly outdoors and in an unheated warehouse. Our lumber can be in board or large beam form. The material is heavy.
