In these stories, a character goes on an adventure, faces conflict, and returns transformed. During this ceremony, we'll join in community and use shamanic style breathing techniques to clear blockages and old patterns that are holding us back from living our best, most vibrant lives. Breathwork is a dynamic and energetic form of working with the breath that can aide in healing. By using the breath in a focused and aware way, we can begin to shift out of the thinking brain and get into the emotional and energetic body. It's here where real healing and expansion can occur. A Hero's Journey and Breathwork Ceremony is designed to help you face your fears, insecurities, and doubts that might be holding you back from living your authentic truth and soul path. The breathwork ceremony allows you to get out of your way and begin healing from the inside out.
