BEER DINNER : Througout the winter we will be offering a beer dinner on the 2nd Tuesday of each month beginning November 9th
Join us for our first dinner inspired by Chef Toby Miles!
First course - zucchini & squash fritter, quail egg yolk, Sichuan chili crisp, parmesean mousse, diced butter lettuce - THROWBACK LAGER
Second course - Duck "nuggets" - Ramen coated duck confit "nuggets", whipped sweet corn, field fries, roasted soy ketchup - NIGHTGAME DUNKEL
Third Course - elderflower and blueberry sorbet, puffed buckwheat - LEMON BEET SOUR
Fourth course - pan seared Ribeye medallions, black Hummus, roasted heirloom carrots, preserved green tomato, za'atar pita dust - REUNION CITRUS IPA
Fifth course - chocolate Stout cake, pumpkin creme anglais, chai whipped cream, pumpkin seed brittle - BLACK FRIDAY STOUT
