SCV Hike and Grounding Meditation

Join us for a pleasant group hike followed by meditation, yoga, and a barefoot grounding experience (barefeet are always optional)! Arielle Zieja, founder of Anana Earth, will be leading our hike and meditation. Meditation will include a sound bowl, music, stretching, some asanas, and both guided and silent meditation. A yoga mat is necessary for this event. If you do not have one, you are welcome to bring a towel. This outdoor experience is all-inclusive and welcome to all ages, races, genders, and sexual orientations. Please note that while we would like to open this experience up to all physical fitness abilities, there is a rapid elevation change in one part of the trail, so those with knee injuries or cardiovascular issues may want to skip the hike portion of the event and come only to the meditation. Release of Liability: By signing up for this "experience", with or without payment, you agree that you understand that all Anana Earth experiences, this and any past or future experiences, under the umbrella of Anti Diet Witch LLC and as an independent entity, including but not limited to its owners, employees, volunteers, and clients, come with an inherent risk. You agree that you understand that Anana Earth and Anti Diet Witch LLC is not responsible for any illness, injury or loss of life that occurs due to the outdoor environment. You agree to release all employees and volunteers of Anana Earth and/or Anti Diet Witch LLC from any liability of loss, damage, or death to any item, animal, person, or person(s), to yourself and all others at the experience or involved in transportation to and from. Cancelation and Refund Policy: All cancelations that occur at least 24 hours in advance will apply the credit to a future Anana Earth event. Any cancelations made the same day as our experiences will go toward contributions for the event space and preparation that was made for your participation and will not be refunded.
