Six Corners Mixed-Use Project | Subcontractor Outreach To ensure the broader subcontractor community is made aware of the project, provided with the opportunity to bid and create partnerships with other subcontractors, Novak Construction + Development, with 45th Ward Alderman Jim Gardiner, and Tandem Ventures, invite you to attend a Subcontractor Outreach for the highly anticipated Six Corners Mixed-Use Project. The initial round of bid packages will not be released until mid-November, which makes the Subcontractor Outreach the perfect setting to learn more about the project ahead of bidding, network with the project team, and create meaningful connections with other subcontractors that will be in attendance. This outreach is focused on union firms only. While this will be a physical hiring fair, we remain sensitive to guidance and mandates regarding COVID. In that, City of Chicago COVID guidance will be followed: masks will be required and social distancing will be enforced. For the purpose of contact tracing, registration of each attendee will be required.
