Please note the format change. All lectures will be completed virtually with a four hour SIM to be completed in the week following class. Course Description Accurate assessment of a child with acute illness or injury requires special knowledge and skills. This course, taught by qualified emergency nurses, is designed to provide the core-level pediatric knowledge and psychomotor skills needed to care for pediatric patients in the emergency setting.
