This free class features some of our toughest and easiest Texas natives to plant right now. Plant a native!Many of us have learned that the right Texas native plant will take off faster and do better than many other choices out there. This Saturday, NHG's Education & Outreach Coordinator Rusty E. Allen introduces you to some of our favorite natives that are in stock right now, and where and how to plant them. Fall's a super time to plant and learn about the many rewards of growing native in this free class. 20 minute presentation, with time for your questions. Our series of FREE, POP Up classes offer you a quick, informal way to learn about gardening right in the middle of the plants and products we're telling you about. Whether you're starting a new garden, prepping an established one or just wanting to try a cool new plant, these short, informative classes can help. THIS CLASS IS OUTDOORS. In the case of inclement weather, this class will be moved inside.
