Push the Pause Button: Stress Relief for the Holiday Season
The holidays are upon us, and sometimes the joy and delight of the season can be dimmed by to-do lists, an unmanageable pace and elevated stress levels. Now more than ever, it is important to gift yourself with the time to unwind, reflect and approach the holiday season refreshed and ready to celebrate.
We'll focus on how we can 'push the pause button', center ourselves and reduce our stress during the holidays.
Presented by Shannon Seiferth, Wellness Educator/ Counselor. Open to the UNH Community. Active wildcat pass will be checked at the entrance of HRC and masks will be required during the presentation.
