Wine Selection: Fran cois Montand Blanc de Blanc Brut, NV, Jura, France $15 Blend: Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Chardonnay . The appearance is pale gold with a hint of green and fine bubbles. Aromas of white flowers and citrus fruit give way to a creamy and smooth palate with flavors of freshly baked bread, golden delicious apples, and Meyer lemons. Truly harmonious. Orlandi Contucci Ponno Estates Pecorino 2018, Abruzzo Pecorino D.O.C., Italy $29 100% Pecorino. Bouquet of fresh spices and rennet apples. Good balance of acidity and structure. Pairs well blue cheeses, au gratin dishes and white meats. El Pedrosal Red 2018, Ribera Del Duero, Spain $29 Complex and very complete on the nose, revealing an elegant fruity bouquet of berries and ripe fruits with a high intensity of ageing sensations (spices, balsamic, chocolates). On the palate it is broad, powerful and with great volume, soft and round tannins. Alcance Cabernet Sauvignon "Gran Reserva" 2016, Maule Valley, Chile $20 This 2016 Alcance Cabernet Sauvigon is a true reflection of the two appellations from which it hails: the freshness imparted from the Maule grapes harmonizes beautifully with the superb structure of the Maipo fruit. This wine has a truly elegant approach and a silky concentration from start to finish.
