Handyman/Carpenter/Remodeler Needed

I buy and sell foreclosures. I live in CDA but this property is in Colfax. Usually the work is in the CDA area. I will pay for weekly motel accommodations while on this job in Colfax. I am working on another property in Spokane and one in Athol. This could be an ongoing agreement. The current job in Colfax requires vinyl siding installation, laminate flooring install, trim, painting, building a deck, and roofing if able and willing. If not I will hire a roofer. I will also be on site while the work is being done. I am not a skilled carpenter but I am an overqualified grunt and will be there to help. I am looking for a jack of all trades type guy that is willing to head to Colfax for a week or two to help me bang this out.
