Here in Wenatchee we have a small team of 4 - 6 people operating our warehouse/factory. We pride ourselves on having a great team culture and enjoyable work environment. This position will be picking, packing, and shipping e-commerce orders, coordinating wholesale shipments, as well as doing a fair amount of sandal assembly. We are looking for a hands-on and self-motivated individual who can work well in a small team and an ever-evolving work environment. As a core member of a small team this person will need to be flexible, resilient, and willing to wear multiple hats as we continue to grow as a successful company. The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about what they do, whether it be their job, hobby, adventure, and/or life in general. This position is full time, Mon. - Fri. Starting as soon as possible. Primary tasks include: -Create daily pick list of online orders, and work with production team to complete -Provide quality control for all shipments -Pick, pack, and ship all online orders through our online shipping system, Shipstation -Sandal assembly as part of the Production Team -Coordinate shipments with carrier pickups -Maintain stock for shipping and other necessary supplies -Create and optimize shipping systems and policies -Maintain a clean, organized and efficient warehouse. -Fulfill all domestic wholesale shipments with proper paperwork -Coordinate larger deliveries and shipments with freight companies -Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy and update inventory/receiving logs Requirements: -Must have a can-do attitude -Must be flexible and resilient in order to take on new tasks as they come up -Must be a great problem solver and always looking for ways to improve -Must have great attention to detail -Must have some skill with your hands for sandal assembly -Must be computer savvy with the ability to navigate shipping and inventory software -Ideally have e-commerce shipping and fulfillment experience -Most importantly, must be able to have fun and get stuff done -Bonus if you have experience working in the Outdoor Product Industry -Bonus if you have read Christopher McDougall's 'Born To Run' Pay and Perks: -Starting at $17/hr., M-F, full-time -Position starts as soon as possible -Comprehensive insurance package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance -Access to industry pro-deals -Flexible vacation scheduling (10 days of PTO and 7 days of paid holidays) -Enjoy our location in the heart of Wenatchee, a block from Wenatchee Riverfront Park If you're interested, please reply to this ad with: -A resume -A note about why you would be good for the position -Your favorite thing to do outdoors Please Note: Your application will not be reviewed without the above 3 items.
