Trans Giving Gala: An evening of Remembrance & Thanks Trans Vision/BACH in partnership with the Oakland LGBTQ Center presents Trans Giving Gala: An evening of Remembrance and Thanks. This event will take place during Transgender Awareness Week and will commemorate Transgender Day of Remembrance. We will be honoring our fallen siblings lost to oppression, hate, violence and the woes of life. In addition we will have an award ceremony honoring our fierce community leaders that are here still carrying the torch . We are doing our part to stop the spread of COVID-19 by following all protocols and recommendation from the CDC and ACPH. • Physically distance will be maintained at all times during the event. • A negative COVID-19 test or proof of vaccination is required to attend the event.
