Looking to hire a carpenter this week to cut and frame a 24x30 return. Already traced and marked on ceiling. Sheet rock just needs to be cut and the metal return box needs to be framed in. Serious inquires only. I own an HVAC company (Farrell Heating and Air Conditioning LLC) this is a residential job out of Weymouth. Pay is $200 flat rate.
