QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Understanding and executing production work orders • Measuring materials (rope, net, webbing, vinyl, ect.) • Understanding how different materials will act for intended use • Connecting materials via hand hanging or by machine • Splice different types of ropes • Being on your feet • At times training new hires • Quality control and preparing completed orders for shipping department • Employees must maintain a safe and clean work area • Supporting other areas of the operations as needed • No previous industry experience required, although experience is preferred, a similar environment or an attention to detail production job is an asset. • We are looking for individuals with a steady work history (includes a good attendance record), positive attitude, eagerness to learn, a safety mindset and a proactive approach to work and life.
