Join CITY SWEAT SD, Kind Humans Movement, and Reign Body Fuel for a morning sweat on Sunday, November 7th at 10:30 AM for all-levels Sculpt + Flow (hybrid yoga and body weight functional movement), featuring San Diego fitness instructor, Keira Nocetti! If you’ve never been to a CITY SWEAT Session before, we welcome you to our growing community of fitness enthusiasts of all levels. If you have been to a CITY SWEAT Session before, then make sure to bring a friend and introduce them to our amazing community that you’ve helped build! There is limited space, so make sure to register ASAP! With several events at Embarcadero Marina Park South, CITY SWEAT SD will also take place at various studio/gym locations in San Diego. All event proceeds go directly to San Diego Youth Services.
