Construction Project Manager (Houston area) Join our team now and earn $70K in your first year! $1,500 hiring Bonus. CWF Restoration is a rapidly growing water and fire restoration company based out of Elmhurst Illinois. Having recently opened our newest location in Houston, we are looking to add a full-time Project Manager to our new Reconstruction unit in the greater metro area. For this high-volume position, we are seeking driven, highly personable, and detail-oriented candidates with experience in construction. The Construction Manager serves as CWF Restoration’s ambassador to our clients as we return their damaged home or business to pre-loss condition. You will be responsible for overseeing the reconstruction of property and maintaining professional relationships with our clients and subcontractors. Responsibilities: -Serve as CWF Restoration’s liaison between our company and our clients, overseeing all aspects of restoration of damaged property to pre-loss condition, including scheduling subcontractors, overseeing completion of jobs, and completing all paperwork and transactions. -Manage all subcontractors from beginning to end of assignment, conducting weekly/bi-weekly quality assurance and progress inspections -Maintain and manage project management job board, including scheduling documenting completed jobs Conduct Certificate of Satisfaction final walkthrough with clients upon completion of restoration jobs Qualifications: -3-5 years of residential construction, carpentry, or related experience -Experience developing relationships in a business setting -Knowledge of construction materials, quality, and purchasing -Knowledge and understanding of building codes is preferred but not required -High school diploma or GED -Must have a valid driver’s license Benefits: -Competitive quarterly bonus opportunity with open-book management -Base + Commission Salary -Paid Time Off -Health (individual &family), Dental, Vision and Life Insurance -Matching 401K *$1,500 Hiring bonus to be paid out after satisfactory completion of 90-day probationary period.
