Athlete Development Camps will focus on the Foundational Movements intrinsic in all athletic movement.
Foundational Movements:
This camp will focus on rudimentary movement patterns to help athletes become more aware of their bodies. Returning to the basics with an elongated movement preparation which will set the stage to focus on stability mechanics and corrective movement patterns.
Monday, December 20th from 10:00am to 11:30am
Athlete Development Speed and Agility: This camp will emphasize both linear and multi-directional speed. This will allow the athlete to develop specific movement skills under reactive and non-reactive conditions to optimize transfer in sport.
Tuesday, December 21st from 10:00am to 11:30am
Athlete Development Strength and Power: Power and strength are highly important for all sports. This camp will focus on utilizing plyometrics, medicine balls, Olympic lift variations, and strength movements to increase the rate of force development.
Wednesday, December 22nd from 10:00am to 11:30am
