Hello - we are a small, family-owned company that needs a skilled/experienced skid steer operator to join our team. One of our services is to install giant geotextile sandbags at private properties along Lake Michigan. The skid steer operator is part of the dune-top crew that is responsible for moving sand, maintaining the on-site sand bunker, assisting truck drivers with sand delivery, and coordinating communication with the bottom-of-dune crew. All of the crew also contribute to general labor (site set-up and take-down). We are looking for team-oriented people who love working outdoors, are flexible about unexpected changes, and learn quickly from mistakes.
