PART-TIME BUILDING MAINTENANCE POSITION AVAILABLE Responsibilities: Responsible for performing all aspects of general building maintenance for a professional office building. Duties include but are not limited to: plumbing, electrical, air conditioning maintenance, painting, and other miscellaneous repairs. Must be able to respond to Employers and Tenants maintenance requests quickly and professionally. Have knowledge of general maintenance and preventative maintenance. Be able to diagnose problems and advise supervisor if outside venders need to be called in. Pay attention to detail and be able to work unsupervised. Be available to be on call and live within 15 minutes of the College Parkway, Ft Myers area. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds or more at times. Must be able to handle heights and climb ladders. Must be able to work outdoors all year round.
