Busy flooring store looking for reliable hardworking crew members to join our installation team and learn the flooring trade. Immediate position available. Basic construction job site knowledge, familiarity with basic power tools and how to read a tape measure. Trade experience helpful but not necessary. Willing to train the right candidate. MUST HAVE DRIVER's LICENSE AND TRANSPORTATION TO WORK Duties of this job position include: • Assist with Demo/Floor Prep • Cut material with wet and dry saws • Load/unload Material • Mix mortars/grouts • Grout floors/walls • Jobsite Set up and Clean Up • Equipment/Tool Organization and Maintenance • Basic Finishing/Trim Installation as needed FULL TIME | $14 - $16 per hour to start. DOE. Potential salary increase after 90 days review and benefits available. Opportunities for advancement and higher pay as skillset increases.
