Lead by Instructor Sofia Puerta-Webber, who earned her yoga teacher degree in 2008 and yoga teacher in 2010 with La Granja de Yoga in California. She is a director of the Shiwido Project.
Sofia is an instructor in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program and works for the Center for Mindfulness at California State University San Marcos. For more than 15 years, Sofia has dedicated herself to sharing the benefits of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. Sofia is the director of the Yoga and Paragliding tours.
