Join the Lenexa Rec Center and Lenexa Public Market for a scavenger hunt on Lenexa's civic campus Oct. 27–31, 2021, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day. Put on your best costume and bring the kids out to follow clues that will give them the code phrase to get a treat at the last stop. Look for the first clue starting Oct. 27 at the Public Market, Rec Center or on social media. Free and open to the public. Intended for kids ages 3 to 12. It is highly recommended that individuals age 6 and older wear face masks inside City buildings. The Lenexa Public Market is an indoor food hall and marketplace near 87th Street Parkway and I-435 at Lenexa City Center. It features a variety of merchants that offer fresh foods and locally sourced products. The Market is a dynamic place where the community connects around food, and local entrepreneurs have an opportunity to launch and grow a business. Register for an upcoming cooking class!
