The Well Community Development Corporation (CDC) exists to encourage worth, value, and dignity back into the individual lives and social health of the neighborhoods of Akron. We are Akron’s first place-based community development corporation working in the Middlebury neighborhood of Akron. In an effort to revitalize the neighborhood and create a shared prosperity for current residents, we work with like-minded partners to create affordable housing, a thriving economy, and placemaking initiatives.
