With the arrival of chilly days to our region, the 'soup is on' at Villa Bellezza! In this interactive cooking class, Chef Antonio will be your guide as you learn to make traditional Italian favorites such as real Chunky Minestrone, a rich Cream of Wild Mushroom, Roasted Garlic and Prosciutto Soup, and heart-warming Venetian Spinach and Polenta Soup. Plus the perfect soup accompaniments; rustic bread and almond torte! Plan to join us for a pre-session social hour at 5pm in Sala Del Vino. You'll be greeted with a glass of our sparkling Brillante and Chef Antonio's Gran Piatto Misto! As you cook through each course, you will taste wines Chef Antonio has selected to pair with this menu! Wine will also be available for purchase should you wish to enjoy a glass of your favorite Villa Bellezza wine during class, or purchase bottles to take home. This cooking class is $75/person. Class size is limited. Your experience includes Chef Antonio's pre-class social hour with sparkling wine and appetizers. * A minimum of 10 students are needed for each class. Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
