Join us at the LDA for Wednesday Worship, Discussion, and Breakfast! All Are Welcome! Each Wednesday at 7:00 AM, a group of students, faculty, staff, deaconesses, and deacons gather to worship at the LDA. This is a decades-long tradition. We want to welcome you to join us and particiapte in worship. You do not need to be Lutheran, or a student with the LDA--we just want to offer you a meaningful opportunity to worship in a small setting, hear the Gospel preached by different people, and to join in a community experience. The LDA is dedicated to preparing people for lives of service to Christ, whether it is in a secular or church setting. We believe that we are called to serve in any and all settings, and we work to match our students' passions with their call to serve. Worship starts at 7 am, and concludes by 7:30 am, at which point we eat breakfast together and have conversation about the homily and other aspects of that morning's worship. It is a wonderful way to connect, learn, and be in community.
