Description
We are looking for individuals to participate in a legal focus group, to be hosted virtually in Contra Costa County, CA. Your observations will help impact a real lawsuit!
The event will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021 over Zoom from 9 AM to 1 PM. Compensation is $200, upon participation in the focus group and completion of a brief follow-up survey. Participants will be expected to learn about a case, confer with one another and offer their individual opinions and thoughts about the subject matter.
To participate, you must be:
A U.S. citizen.
A resident of Contra Costa County.
18 years or older.
Eligible for jury duty (no felony record, and not currently called for jury duty).
Willing and able to sign a comprehensive and legally binding confidentiality agreement.
Willing to be recorded on video and audio (to be viewed only by the associated parties).
Able to show a government-issued photo ID at start of event.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A computer or medium/large tablet (not phone or small tablet) with audio and video capabilities.
A reliable internet connection (you may be asked to test your connection with us in advance).
Be familiar with Zoom.
Access to uninterrupted private space for the duration of the 4 hour Zoom conference.
