As supporting programming for the Museum's When Caged Birds Sing exhibition (opening 10/29), join MoCA Westport for a special one-hour interactive discussion with Creativity Coach, Naomi Vladeck. Come prepared to explore what makes you come alive! You'll leave feeling empowered and with language to bring your voice into the world with more clarity and purpose. In this playful and interactive discussion, Naomi will use visualization and short writing prompts to encourage you to stake your claim on the unique expression you want to bring (or bring more of) into the world. Using visualization and language as a guide, you'll clarify your vision and set an intention for yourself this year. All materials will be provided. Vladeck's goal is to help women see the possibilities available to them when they nurture their curiosity, focus their efforts and commit to achieving a single step at a time.
