WALLINGFORD, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Ethan Tran, 12, who was reported missing from Wallingford on Wednesday, Oct. 20. Tran is described by police as a white male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 115 pounds. There was no description available for the last clothes he was seen wearing. A photo wasn't provided.
