FRANKLIN, WI — The 7-Eleven on Rawson Avenue was burglarized just days after a suspicious and possibly related incident occurred at the Kwik Trip at 10750 Speedway Drive, Franklin Police Department call logs show. Police say a woman attempted to take cartons of cigarettes from the Kwik Trip on Oct. 11. On Oct. 17, the 7-Eleven at 7610 Rawson was burglarized, call logs show. Police say a brick was used to break into the front door and that lottery tickets and cigarettes went missing. Security footage shows it was apparently the same woman from the Kwik Trip incident, according to police call logs. The suspect is described as a female, 5' 7", dirty blonde curly hair with a baseball hat and pink Steve Madden bag. The vehicle was described as a smaller black SUV. Here are some other notable call logs from the Franklin Police Department from Oct. 11-17: Sawzall, Catalytic Converter Found During Traffic Stop Franklin Police helped Muskego Police with a traffic stop on West Loomis Court at South 124th Street on Oct. 13. According to call logs, police saw a Sawzall in the back seat of the car. A police dog alerted police to a catalytic converter, extra blades for the Sawzall and a black ski mask, logs said. The car's passenger was arrested for obstruction and probation violation, logs said. Person Claims They Were Threatened By Another Patron At Business Someone called police on Oct. 13 to report they were being threatened with a kitchen knife at a bar on 8900 S. 27th Street, logs said. The caller said the threatening person had a knife in his waistband and one in each hand. Police spoke with the person accused of threatening and they denied it — the caller left before police arrived, call logs show. Merchandise Stolen From Walmart, Suspect Had Meth Police logs show that Walmart at 6701 27th Street had about $75 worth of merchandise stolen on Oct. 14. Someone was taken into custody in connection with the stolen merchandise. Police logs show the suspect was also arrested in connection with charges of possession of meth.
