Customer Service Adviser
The Customer Service Adviser is a performance-based position that is essential to the store's effort to meet and exceed sales and profit goals. The mission of the CSA is to assist guests to make informed decisions about purchasing services for their vehicles. Must have excellent people skills

Assistant Store Manager
Provides "hands-on" overall leadership and direction to store teammates, particularly in the absence of the Store Manager, to ensure store financial performance and guest service meets or exceeds company goals.
(95% of time spent servicing vehicles and directing service flow)
Assistant Sore Managers must be able to perform every position in the store.
Must work Saturdays.
