NORTH HAVEN — A North Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On October 19, Jennifer Garnett, of North Haven purchased a $10,000 Gold Rush ticket from the North Haven Petro station and won $10,000.
