NEW LONDON — A New London resident is $25,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On October 18, Debra White Maynard, of New London purchased a Let It Ride ticket from Sam's Food Store in New London and won $25,000.
