MANCHESTER — A Manchester resident is $15,012 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Canton earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On October 14, Scott Thompson, of Manchester purchased a KENO ticket from the Canton Citgo Quik Mart and won $15,012.
