HAMDEN — A Hamden resident is $15,208 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On October 18, Richard Paul, of Hamden purchased a Play4 Night ticket from Sam's Food Store in Hamden and won $15,208.
