2 Hospitalized Following Brookfield Crash

BROOKFIELD, CT — Two people were hospitalized following a multicar collision Tuesday morning. Around 9:20, members of the Brookfield Volunteer Fire Company were dispatched to the intersection of Grays Bridge and Old Grays Bridge Road. First responders found the results of the 2-car crash, and one driver requiring extrication. Firefighters completed the extrication in 9 minutes, according to their report. Two patients were taken to Danbury Hospital for evaluation.
