GAITHERSBURG, MD — A 16-year-old from Gaithersburg was reported missing after she was last seen at the Flower Hill Shopping Center on Saturday around 4 p.m. Sarah Kelley was last seen wearing a light blue hoodie, red shorts and black Vans tennis shoes, and she has black hair, hazel eyes and pierced ears, Montgomery County Police said. She is 5-foot-6. Her family is worried about her wellbeing, and police are asking anyone with information to call the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line) or the Special Victims Investigations Division at 240-773-5400.
