Residential Maintenance Technician We are currently looking for a full time motivated, enthusiastic and professional residential maintenance technician for a well-established Property Management Company. The residential maintenance technician is a representative of our company to the residents and public. Duties and Responsibilities • Complete work orders. • Adhere to safety policies and procedures. Diagnose problems and make repairs in a timely manner • Perform routine and preventative maintenance repairs • Repair and replace sheet rock • Painting • Light Plumbing Repairs • Dress and act in a professional manner at all times • Must have liable transportation • Follow all safety programs implemented by Management Qualifications for this position: • Ability to take direction and work independently. • Maintenance experience. • Personable and trustworthy. • Concern for work-safety program. • Exceptional customer service skills. Physical Requirements: Physical aspects of the job may require heavy lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, kneeling, climbing, and carrying.
